No muck, just brass. This is very festive “Top Brass”!
Do you hang your stocking by the fire place? Personally, I think it’s a bit of a fire hazard! Each to their own, but I encourage my kids to hand theirs at the bottom of their bed or on the door handle. Of course, there will always be the question from kids who will ask “but will Santa find me upstairs”, but they need not worry. Afterall, just sing the lyircs “he sees you when you’re sleeping” and they’ll soon twig that the big fella in the red crush velvet two-piece suit will definitely be able to fill their stockings upstairs.
Speaking of music, we’ve put together a small collection of videos featuring local musicians, specifically 2 big bands plus a jazz collective, to bring a different musical take on seasonal Christmas classics. One of the joys of heading down the high street on a chilly winter’s evening and hearing the melodic tunes accompany your spree, and add to the Christmassy vibe. Of course, if there’s a flutter of snow then it’s even better, though the band members may disagree!
Please keep in mind these are third party videos, so there may be advertisements, which are we are not responsible, nor do we benefit from any advertisements on these videos.
Anyway. Here we go!
The Christmas Song – The Cawston Band
