Diss was first granted a market charter in 1135.
The market is held in the Market Place every Friday from 8.30am to 3pm, offering a traditional range of stalls, which may include fruit & veg, fishmongers, local produce, plants and flowers, bakers, clothing, pet supplies, household goods, and hot food.
