Equal Lives is a user led charity established for20 years and we have a wealth of experience in shaping services with the people who use them at the centre/heart.
We run many services supporting people with:
• Advocacy
• Welfare Benefits
• Direct payments and personal budgets
(Children and Adults)
• Planning and arranging care and support
• Recruitment and employment
• Payroll and supported accounts
• NHS complaints – Advocacy
• Appropriate Adults (for vulnerable people
detained in custody)
• Managing money through money matters
(referral based)
• Relevant Paid Persons Representative
(referral based)
We also run lots of activities around the county such as:
• Drop-in sessions (regarding welfare
benefits)
• Peer Support groups and sessions
• Community projects

Get Involved
There are many ways you can get involved with Equal Lives. Coming together to protect our rights and make our voices heard is important, but it can also be a lot of fun. We offer many ways for you to get involved, you can become a member, volunteer or join one of the many projects we run based around what our members and others want us to get involved in.
