Swardeston Common is an area of common land 4 miles to the south of Norwich containing a variety of habitats and species, from gorse scattered acid grassland to orchid-carpeted marsh and tall-herb fen. Dogs allowed, but must be on a lead.
Just across from Swardeston Common is the village duck pond.
