Articles about local authors and their books

We have had the opportunity to interview a few local authors or to publish articles about their latest works.

Every so often we come across some fantastic local books and we think they would be of interest to you too.

Most books by regional authors and publishers can be found in local bookshops across Norfolk and East Anglia. We recommend buying locally to help the local economy. But if you need to buy online then they are also available on Amazon, so we’ve included some links below to help you find them.

For starters, there’s books by local independent publisher, Paul Dickson, who you can find out more about on NorfolkPlaces. That seems like a good place to start, so here are some books published by Paul.

One of the earliest articles on NorfolkPlaces was an interview with author, Keri Beevis. Here’s Keri’s books.

Another author interviewed on NorfolkPlaces is Henry Sutton, who writes undo the crimer-writing pen name Harry Brett.

The latest author to appear on NorfolkPlaces, the best showcase for Norfolk, is Mark Towers. His delightful books, The Christmas Starfish and Strawberry Scoreberries, are available on Amazon.

Here’s a few more books about Norfolk that we have enjoyed or think will be worth a read.
