Fit, Fun and fundraising – Sheringham

Is a community fitness weekend to bring people together through movement, while raising vital funds for the Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals Charity.
With activities and classes including bootcamps, circuits, POP Pilates, Clubbercise, Tai Chi, Step, Yoga and Rock box.
Each day will end with a rejuvinating soundbath session
By joining us for this fun, collaborative event, you will be supporting the Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals Charity. The Charity raises vital funds for the Norfolk & Norwich, Jenny Lind Childrens Hospital and Cromer Hospital.

The charity provides resources, over and above what the NHS must and should fund. Improving healthcare for present and future patients of the Trust, by funding:

innovation and research;
development and wellbeing support for Trust staff;
additional medical equipment;
improvements to the hospital environment and the provision of resources to support patients.
This includes Cancer Care, Neonatal intensive Care, end of life care and Critical care.

All monies raised will go to the Charity and its vital work.

Lets move together for something that matters – your local hospitals, your local care.

Individual Class passes £8 (7.50 members/NHS). Day and weekend passes also available.

Saturday – 6 classes in main studio, Sound bath main studio, full programme of spin classes (in person and virtual), Aqua (time tbc), Small studio – 2x Tai Chi, various stalls and refreshments. Inflatable pool obstacle course PM (book with venue direct).

Sunday – 5 classes in main studio, Sound bath main studio, full programme of spin classes (in person and virtual), Aqua (time tbc), Small studio – tbc, various stalls and refreshments.

Free parking on site all weekend. Showers and lockers also available all weekend at this first class facility.
