Women Only Self Defence & Fitness Classes!
Combining the empowering combination of Kickboxing with effective self-defence techniques, our Women Only self-defence classes are designed to get you in the best shape of your life, to prepare you to deal with difficult situations and how to escape an attacker.
We deliver our training in a bespoke environment that inspires, with instructors that really want to help you.
As a note, we fully understand that you should not have to learn self-defence but until violence against women disappears let us teach you situational awareness, how to avoid, de-escalate, to be more assertive at home and at work and if you have to, how to defend yourself against all manner of attacks and threats. Our Women Only Krav Maga & Fitness classes are fun, action-packed and of cause teach you effective, practical, easy-to-learn self-defence techniques. The classes are just as challenging and rewarding as our main mixed group sessions, but you will be with other like-minded women concentrating on more specific threats, attacks and situations women may encounter without compromising your safety.
You will also get fit, lose weight and have fun doing it too. After a just few classes you will start to feel Safer, Fitter, Smarter and Always Ready.
